    Chance’s mission is to bridge the gap between business and sports equipping athletes with the tools, knowledge, and support they need to thrive beyond the game.

    On the business side, he’s been fortunate to find success. A 7-figure earner since he was 20, not as a highlight, but as context for lessons learned on the journey. That kind of early success came with real pressure, hard lessons, and mistakes most people don’t talk or think about.

    Blending business experience with his love for sports created the perfect opportunity to help athletes jump the learning curve to give them real tools and guidance, not just contracts and commission splits. Too many athletes get stuck with agencies that care more about getting paid than actually developing people.

    Chance has lived through what many are just stepping into and is here to pass on that knowledge to help avoid the setbacks he faced. There’s more to this than just making a big check it’s about keeping it, growing it, and building something that lasts.

    SBN is not here to offer surface level deals. We’re here to create real impact. Money is subservient to the mission. He brings solutions, not sales pitches.

    Outside of the office, Chance enjoys sharing lessons learned from his journey, offering guidance to help others avoid setbacks and build a foundation for long-term achievement.     With over a decade of corporate experience, Adam offers a comprehensive blend of expertise in elevating business performance and streamlining operations. His diverse background includes 6 years in professional sports, along with 4.5 years in human capital management, enabling him to provide strategic guidance and customized support to student-athletes navigating the dynamic NIL landscape.

    Adam is deeply committed to helping athletes thrive not just in their sport, but in every area of life. He partners with them to build their personal brands, develop professionally, and create a foundation for long-term success. By combining industry insight with a hands-on, personalized approach, Adam empowers each athlete to move with intention and grow with purpose.

    A firm believer in the importance of holistic development, Adam emphasizes the significance of mindset, character, and life skills in achieving true success. He strives to inspire athletes to not only excel on the field but to also become confident, well-rounded individuals prepared for success beyond sports. His mentorship extends beyond contracts and brands—focusing on cultivating resilience, integrity, and purpose.

    Outside the office, you’ll likely find him checking out a new sports venue or spending time at his cabin in Northern Wisconsin with friends and family.
